Title of Program: Envision and Establish Yourself as a Player and Get the Credit You Deserve
Description of Program:  Establishing yourself as an effective and worthy “player” is crucial to success as a lawyer.  This requires seeing yourself in that role; understanding the internal political landscape that sets the ground rules; building strong relationships up and down the line with a team of colleagues who are invested in your success; and managing your practice to get the credit you deserve.  As you develop client relationships, it is essential to know how to sustain a leadership position with your clients as well as to leverage these relationships into credit and compensation.  Moderated by a law firm chief marketing officer, this panel of successful women attorneys will share both law-firm as well as client perspectives to provide a blueprint for becoming a player and getting the credit you deserve.
