Title of Program: Having it All – Myths and Realities Behind Successful Women in Law
Description of Program: Creating an annual business/life plan that incorporates realistic, high-level objectives is important to achieving professional goals. The plan should factor in activities outside of firm life that promote your well-being and ability to energetically execute upon the plan. Panel members will discuss how they struggle to fit in work/life responsibilities without sacrificing their high standard of performance and offer guidelines on how to navigate challenging work environments.
