Title of Program: Survival of the Fittest: Thriving in a Culture of Change
Description of Program:  The pace of business is increasing, new technologies are changing how we work, in-house departments are demanding efficiencies and discounts, and law firms are trying to keep up. We live in a time of great change while working in a profession traditionally resistant to it. Add the fact that we are practicing law in a world driven by innovation, and it is clear that to thrive we must accept and embrace change. Our panel of experts will explore the business and legal climate in Washington, D.C. and beyond and how women lawyers in corporations and law firms can keep pace with and be at the forefront of change. We will discuss resilience, fortitude and strategic thinking, as well as strategies for optimizing change for the benefit of you and your organization.
