Title of Program: How Am I Doing? – Managing, Influencing and Maximizing the Professional Review Process
Description of Program:  Your professional performance review is important not just to your advancement and compensation, but to your perceived value in your firm or company. The results have long-term impact and can influence your ability to get the types of work assignments and promotion opportunities that advance your career. Every organization has its own criteria and system for evaluating its attorneys. However, regardless of where you work, there are strategies that will help you manage the performance review process more effectively, influence how you are perceived and provide long-term benefit to you. Our panelists will discuss strategies they have used, and seen others use, what works for and against people in the review process and what you need to do to successfully manage feedback and interactions during the professional review process.
