Title of Program: ‘Tis the Season: Unwrapping the Secrets of Compensation
Description of Program: Your compensation does not just impact your bank account. It is important to your perceived value at your firm, impacting work assignments and promotion opportunities. Factors influencing decisions about compensation vary, but there are strategies that can help you advocate for a level of compensation that reflects your value. Panelists will discuss strategies they have used, and seen others use, to influence their compensation, including securing appropriate bonuses and origination credit, and systems their firms use to counter unintended bias.
